Each of the housing units will be equipped with a full kitchen, private bathroom and living area. The overall housing concept would provide for a mixed population of residents
About half of the units would be leased to low-income single adults, who are working men or women, seniors or veterans, etc. and who earn less than $26,940 per year (or 60% of local Area Median Income)
The other units remaining would be leased to single adult homeless men or women who have been referred and recommended for independent supported living by local service providers
Each tenant will be screened and selected based on his / her readiness for permanent supportive housing

tenants’ rent will approximate 30% of eligible income, consistent with prevailing government regulations
This is permanent supportive housing: all tenants will sign individual leases.
